Making Drum Samples

Seems like when people make drum samples they forget some things like not having them clip at front, top and tail. It irks me when i see a free sample pack of samples and people are thanking whoever made them and they have tons of clicks on them. Why would a person making a sample pack even have those in there? lol

When i make drum samples i pay close attention to the bass drums that they don't clip. People shouldn't rush to get things done. Other wise you'll end up with Gabba drums, lol.

Chipmunk Sounds

There was a chipmunk on my back deck making a weird noise. Imagine a chipmunk barking... and that's what it sounded like. It did it alot of times too. Don't know what it was up to. Wish i had it on tape. Need one of those handheld digi recorders.

Quick rundown. finished the drum samples for my site. bought a site to help me. Dark electronic music is what i make so why not be it? LOL!!!! It's only 6:59pm and i'm tired as all get out. sleep schedule is off. Need to get back on track somehow.

Working on Drum Samples

I'm working on drum samples to finish a new website i'm going to make. Also i need to work on more drum samples for a song i want to record about a clown.

Was online on a producer forum and saw that one of the sample sites is shutting down. They said it's because of too much internet piracy. I can understand the frustration. Seems like everyone doesn't want to pay for their samples. I think it's funny because the same people that don't want to buy samples to make beats are the same people that bitch about rappers wanting free beats, lol.

Cloverfield 2

There might be a Cloverfield 2 because the first film made 100+ million. Read it on Wikipedia, lol. From what i read it would happen on the same night from other people's point of view. Kind of cool. At a point in the movie there will be a crossover where you see the people from the first movie, lol. We'll have to wait to see if that gets made. Sounds good to me.

Cloverfield Roar!

Rooaarr!!! I just watched the movie Cloverfield, lol. I liked it. It was great. Very creative film making and story telling. You never really knew what was going to happen except... Run!... Run! LOL!!!

Rooaarr!! "Where's my mommy?" LOL!!! That's an inside joke for those that watched the extras on dvd. Almost wished i didn't watch the extras. I enjoy art knowing less about it and what the artists that made it were thinking. I like to make up my own reasoning for why things happened. I don't normally watch dvd extras but some reason i was amped to watch the Cloverfied ones.
